Welcome to Pito Guest House. By booking a stay with us,
using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to abide by the
following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth

1. General Information

Pito Guest House is located in Elmina,
Central Region, Ghana.

All bookings are subject to availability. We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and
users of our services, whether online or on-site.
2. Reservations and Booking

Booking Confirmation: A booking
is confirmed only after payment or a valid deposit is received, and a
confirmation email or receipt is issued.

Payment: We accept payments via
cash, bank transfer, mobile money, and major credit/debit cards. Payment must
be completed according to the terms outlined during booking.

Accuracy of Information: Guests
are responsible for providing accurate personal information and details
required for reservations.
3. Check-in and Check-out
·
Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM.
·
Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM.
·
Early check-in or late check-out may be
available upon request and subject to additional charges.
·
Valid government-issued identification is
required at check-in.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made at least [ ] days prior to arrival are eligible for a full
refund.

Late Cancellation / No-Show:
Cancellations made after this period or failure to arrive on the scheduled date
may result in forfeiture of deposits or full payment.

Any refunds will be processed using the same
method of payment used for booking.
5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the property,
staff, and other guests.

Illegal activities, excessive noise, or behavior
causing discomfort to others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate
termination of stay without refund.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
6. Property and Safety
·
Pito Guest House is not responsible for loss,
theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room
safes for valuables.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an
adult.
·
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to
property or facilities during their stay.
7. Services and Facilities
·
Services such as the restaurant, pool, Wi-Fi,
and other amenities are provided subject to availability and maintenance
schedules.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or
discontinue any facility or service without prior notice.
8. Liability

Pito Guest House and its staff shall not be held
liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience suffered by guests, except where
caused by gross negligence on our part.

We are not responsible for travel delays, cancellations,
or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Guest information is collected for booking and
service purposes only.

We respect your privacy and will not share
personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by
law or for service provision.
