Guests may cancel their reservation at least 48–72 hours before
check-in to receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 48–72 hours of the check-in date may result in a
partial or full charge of the booking amount.
- No-Show:
Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be charged 100% of
the booking amount.

Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed once the
cancellation request is approved.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of
payment (mobile money, bank transfer, or card).
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days,
depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Bookings
- Certain promotional rates, discounted offers, or
special packages may be non-refundable.
- These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of
booking.

Booking Modifications
- Changes to booking dates or room types are subject to
availability.
- Price differences may apply if the new dates or room
category have different rates.

Early Check-Out
- Guests who decide to check out before their scheduled
departure date may not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.

Exceptional Circumstances
- In cases of emergencies or unforeseen situations,
refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at
management’s discretion.

Third-Party Bookings
- If your booking was made through third-party platforms
(e.g., travel agencies or booking websites), their cancellation and refund
policies may also apply.
- Guests are advised to review the terms of the platform
used.
