1. Reservation Process

Guests can make reservations online, by
phone, or via email.

A booking is considered confirmed only
after payment or deposit is received and a confirmation is issued.

Please provide accurate personal details when
making a reservation to avoid delays or complications.
2. Payment Policy

Payments can be made via:

Full payment or partial deposit may be required
to secure your booking, depending on room type and booking date.

All payments are non-transferable except in
cases approved by management.
3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-out time: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be
requested but is subject to availability and may incur
additional charges.

Valid government-issued ID or passport is
required for check-in.
4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: Guests may
