Booking Policy – Pito Guest House, Elmina, Ghana

At Pito Guest House, we strive to make your booking process simple, clear, and secure. Please read our booking policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Reservation Process

·         Guests can make reservations online, by phone, or via email.

·         A booking is considered confirmed only after payment or deposit is received and a confirmation is issued.

·         Please provide accurate personal details when making a reservation to avoid delays or complications.

2. Payment Policy

·         Payments can be made via:

o    Cash (on arrival)

o    Bank transfer

o    Mobile money

·         Full payment or partial deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on room type and booking date.

·         All payments are non-transferable except in cases approved by management.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

·         Check-in time: From 2:00 PM

·         Check-out time: By 11:00 AM

·         Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

·         Valid government-issued ID or passport is required for check-in.

4. Cancellation Policy

·         Free cancellation: Guests may cancel up to [X] days before arrival for a full refund.

·         Late cancellation / No-show: Cancellations made within [X] days of arrival or failure to check-in may result in forfeiture of deposit or full payment.

·         Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.

5. Modification of Bookings

·         Requests to modify bookings (dates, room type, or number of guests) are subject to availability.

·         Additional charges may apply if the new booking exceeds the original rate or requires upgraded accommodation.

6. Group Bookings

·         Guests are responsible for providing accurate information and arriving on the booked date.

·         Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

·         Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

·         Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message including your booking details, payment summary, and check-in instructions.

·         Please review the confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.
